Training Camp in Scottsdale, AZ March 15-19, 2018

Come join us for a fun (but challenging!) long weekend of training in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ.
With 3 coaches on staff, we will be able to accommodate athletes of all levels. That said, plan to arrive at camp with a solid base of fitness so you can get the most out of your experience with us!

Tentative agenda:

Thursday, March 15. Arrive. Social run in the evening and welcome dinner.

Friday, March 16. Swim, bike, and run pretty much all day. πŸ™‚

Saturday, March 17. Swim, bike, and run pretty much all day again!

Sunday, March 18. Early commute to Tucson to Climb Mt Lemmon.

Monday, March 19. Long run and recovery swim. Departure home.

More details (via the Camp Bible) will be sent to those registered before camp begins.

*If you opt for a private 1:1 session with Taryn or Michelle, we will schedule that in where it fits throughout the weekend.

Hi Krista!

I’m just now getting a chance to sit down and email you, but I wanted to say thank you for everything you did to make BSC Camp epic! I had a great time! It was a really great experience for me in so many ways. I enjoyed the challenges and pushing myself, but what really put the weekend over the top were the people. I mostly train by myself or with a couple other crazies, so to have this group of serious, hard core (super nice), really knowledgeable triathletes around me to motivate me, push me and, let’s face it, be role models for how it can be done, was invaluable for me. Not to mention damn fun! So thank you!

It was obvious how much time and energy you put into the planning, organizing, details and logistics of the week, the training and the people. I was continually amazed at everything you were juggling and that you did not once lose your shit!  =) So impressive! So, thank you. Thanks for being the organizer, the calm voice, a motivator, for being super nice and a role model all in one weekend!
