Thursday, March 21- Sunday March 24, 2019.

Bike focused camp that will include swimming and running.

Limit 12 athletes (hard cap on that!) to ensure enough 1:1 interaction with coaches. Note that once we have an attendee list we’ll help with housing options and such.

Tentative agenda:

Thursday March 21 – Hill rep run + swim
Friday March 22 – Long ride
Saturday March 23 – Ride + run + swim
Sunday March 24 – Long ride + short run OTB

More details (via the Camp Bible) will be sent to those registered before camp begins.

*If you opt for a private 1:1 session, we will schedule that in where it fits throughout the weekend.

Hi Krista!

I’m just now getting a chance to sit down and email you, but I wanted to say thank you for everything you did to make BSC Camp epic! I had a great time! It was a really great experience for me in so many ways. I enjoyed the challenges and pushing myself, but what really put the weekend over the top were the people. I mostly train by myself or with a couple other crazies, so to have this group of serious, hard core (super nice), really knowledgeable triathletes around me to motivate me, push me and, let’s face it, be role models for how it can be done, was invaluable for me. Not to mention damn fun! So thank you!

It was obvious how much time and energy you put into the planning, organizing, details and logistics of the week, the training and the people. I was continually amazed at everything you were juggling and that you did not once lose your shit!  =) So impressive! So, thank you. Thanks for being the organizer, the calm voice, a motivator, for being super nice and a role model all in one weekend!
